Overview
AOP Logistics runs its operations on software we built: shipment tracking, freight management, customer records and reporting, available as a web app and a desktop app.
The challenge
Operations were spread across spreadsheets, calls and separate tools, which made it hard to know where a shipment was or what a customer owed.
What we did
A unified platform with a Laravel API and a Next.js dashboard: real-time shipment status, automated notifications, role-based access for staff and reporting for management.
